Architectural Integrity

Covenants & Design Guidelines

To preserve natural beauty, aesthetic harmony, and high property values, exterior modifications should receive prior Architectural Review Board approval.

Exterior changes including paint, roofs, decks, patios, fences, landscaping structures, play equipment, and additions typically require review.
Prepare your description, drawings, materials, neighbor acknowledgements if required, then submit through the resident portal or HOA office.
Routine reviews are typically aligned with the monthly ARB schedule. Submit by the published deadline to be included.
